2024 - 2028 Five Year Financial Plan

Over the next three months, Council and staff are working on the City's new Five-Year Financial Plan.
This process has many stages to help Council make important decisions in the best interests of the community.

Council welcomes public input throughout the process. There are four ways for you to participate: 

1. Attend in person: City Hall, Council Chambers
2. Watch Live at portalberni.ca 
3. Sign on to Webinar: Follow the webinar links at https://www.portalberni.ca/council-agendas-minutes and register 
4. Provide your Input: Send questions and comments to council@portalberni.ca or mail/drop off at City Hall
