To ensure fair access by residents and guests of the Alberni Valley to our parks, recreation and culture facilities and programs match our levels of service, we reviewed our fees and charges framework in the summer of 2024. Council has since updated the fees and charges bylaw. Changes will come into effect Sept. 1, 2025.
