Once the OCP is complete it is appropriate that the Fire Department commissions a Fire Master Plan (FMP). This FMP will look at climate change, increasing call volumes, increased densification and future plans for the City of Port Alberni to determine what equipment, personnel and other resources are required now and, in the future, to continue to provide excellent response from Port Alberni Fire Dept.
